Register > FeesOveral costsRegistration feesRegistration packages will cover morning and afternoon refreshments, a ticket to the welcome reception and congress materials including detailed program and abstracts. Accompanying persons are welcome to assist to the social events after registration. Early registration rates will be available until June, 19th 2017, after which the registration fees will be significantly increased.
* Please enclose proof of status either (IAS/ASF membership email address; student card number). Students will have to show their student card at the registration desk. Additional options during the conferenceSocial events, lunch boxes (for 3 days) and excursions will require additional fees. The workshops WS2 and WS3 are free of charge, at the contrary to the workshop WS1. Please refer to the Workshops page for further information.
**Abstracts will be published in a special volume of the ASF edition. The abstracts book can be printed on demand, at the additional cost of 20€ for the regular participants and 17€ for the IAS/ASF members. ExcursionsA wide range of field excursions are offered to the registered participants who make also a pre-payment, with 7 pre-meeting and 9 post-meeting excursions. Please refer to the Excursions page for further information. Registrations are based on the principle First Come First Served

A repayment of the registration fees, minor the adminstrative fee (25%) might be considered in the case of force majeure. Cancellation request must be written and sent to cellule-congres.contact@univ-tlse3.fr before the 15th July 2017. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund.
Please book and pay early to help avoid cancellation of field trips/short courses (deadline 15th June 2017). We will valid your payment only if the chosen excursion will open. You will be informed about cancellation of field trips/short courses by 30th June 2017. We cannot accept responsibility for costs associated with any cancellation of under-subscribed field trips or short courses, i.e. airline tickets, hotel costs, etc. ResponsibilityThe organizers make all attempts to provide the necessary services and a smooth conduction of the meeting, but accept no responsibility for any possible disturbances that are beyond the reach of the organizers, such as personal insurance, natural disaster (e.g., flood, fire, etc.), state of emergency, riots, citizen strikes, war, communication accidents, changes of currency exchange rates and similar. |
