How to register?

Step 0. Connection to the website

All attendees must have an account on the website of the meeting.

Reach the « Register/Registration » page and click on « I do not have an account ». You will have to fill a form with all your information, to choose a login and a password.

Please keep carefully the login and password created when you connect to the website. You will need them to register and access a secured payment link, and to submit an abstract (facultative).

Step 1. Registration to the meeting

Reach the « Register/Registration » page and click on « I already have an account ». A detailed form is ready to be completed with your information. In addition, you may register to several options (workshop(s), excursion(s), forum), and to associate an accompanying person to your account. You will receive a mail of registration confirmation.

All registrations will be subject to a manual verification and validation by our staff (then not instantaneously).

• Registration to the meeting
  Your pre-registration will be validated within a week. You will then receive a mail of payment request.
• Registration to the meeting + excursion(s)
  You pre-registration is pending until the minimum number of participants to open the chosen excursion(s) is reached. We will inform you as soon as we are certain that an excursion is open or not, also your participation to the congress is secured at this step.

Step 2. Ending your registration

After receiving the payment request, connect to the website and go to « My Space ». In « My Registration », you will find a form suggesting you three modes of payments:

• Online payment using credit card (secured transfer)
• Payment by bank transfer
• Payment by order form

We will send you a confirmation when the payment is effective.
