Description

The great diversity of scientific, industrial and societal issues involving sedimentology is the source of a wide variety of occupations in multiple sectors of activity.
The objective of this program is to inform students in sedimentology about the careers offered to young graduates and to provide them guidelines for the construction of their professional project. In particular, the IMS Student Program 2017 aims to highlight the skills needed according to the jobs and sectors of activity, the various possible careers, the added value of a strong personal investment in the construction of a professional project, the tools available and the opportunities offered.

Registration process

Students attending to the congress are invited to register using the general registration module of the congress (free of charge) and to precise their interests and main questions in the form here (then send it to Julien). This participatory approach should make possible to refine the themes before the congress and to guide the debates.

Registration, free of charge for students not attending other events of the Congress, is mandatory so that the organizing team can provide specific name badges. The deadline for this registration, via your professor, is the 30th of september, 2017. The details of the conferences and the companies present will be published later on this page.
